Error message while migrating from Oracle to MSSQL: ora-03111 break received on communication channel

I'm getting the error message mentioned above while migrating from Oracle to MSSQL.
I have tried everything in the Migration Tool SSMA. Query timeout, Batch...
Do you have any idea what it could be the problem?
