Migrating a x86 application to work with a x64 SQL Server 2005?

Hi,

I have a SharePoint 2003 Portal server that is working with a x86 SQL Server 2000.

I'm about to disconnect one of the SharePoint servers and create a new farm with SQL 2005 x64.

Do you think this might create a problem? If the SharePoint is x86, does it mean that the SQL also has to be x86?
