SSMA data migration: How to prevent timeout for large tables?

I try to migrate the data of a 46 GB database from Sybase SQL Server ASE 12.5.3 to MS SQL Server 2012 using SSMA 5.2.

There are some 10 tables with over 10 million rows, 9 of which didn't migrate the first time. When I migrated them one at a time, 8 of them did migrate. The last one, containing 14 million rows, keeps failing with a timeout. Does anybody know how can I prevent the timeout?
