I want to Keep a database backup in Cloud like Log Shipping or Mirroring. But the Live data will be Kept Local. How to do this?

We have been using SQL Server 2012 in our  environment for our Application (Alpha AnyWhere v12). The Database is kept locally as we have only one branch as of now and we want the Database available all the times if the internet fails also.

Now we want to keep the Database backup in the Cloud Hourly / Daily based on the cost effective manner. how we can do exactly can we use log shipping or Mirroring concept and pull the Transactional Changes to the Backup Database Server in Cloud. Which Services are better suited for this. Kindly help on this. where i need to start up with.
